Well known throughout the Midlands business world, Val Culley has worked with many clients in her long accountancy career. More of a tax specialist and business adviser, Val uses her accounting expertise to help clients develop and grow.

Val’s experience from working in practice and industry means she completely understands the challenges faced by businesses. She approaches clients’ requirements from a commercial, profits-led stance and not from a legislative, accounting viewpoint—a fact her clients find both refreshing and valuable.

Val set up as sole practitioner in 1984, having spent 5 years with a 6 partner firm gaining the requisite tax experience, and has enjoyed assisting owner managed business to develop and grow.

In two notable cases she has seen her start up advice materialise years later into sales of shares for millions of pounds!
